You will arrive in Madrid on your first day; your Saffron Appointed Coordinator will meet you at the airport. Together you will make your way through either four or five days of Culinary Madrid where you will receive up to 15 hours of hands on cooking instruction from expert Spanish Chefs at the SAFFRON EXCLUSIVE Cookery School.

In addition to this you can enjoy Visit to a Spanish Olive Oil Factory, learn about its development & enjoy a tasting, you can visit a Spanish Honey farm to learn the apiculture process , meet the bees and cook the honey, you may visit a Spanish Cheese Factory & enjoy a tasting, visit the Osborne vineyards and museum and take part in a mini train tour finishing off with a non alcoholic drink & aperitif. You will visit San Miguel Market to discover the world of tapas, cheese and ham at one of the most famous food markets in Madrid City Centre and additional cultural, language and cross-cuticular activities may be included depending on your groups specific requirements.
